Lera Joy worked in a 3-bedroom bungalow with a garden, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 3 with a 6-month-old and she looked after her welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, do weekly marketing, prepare and cook for the family, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do laundry, ironing and folding, tend to garden. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and save up.

Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, such as chicken afritada, pork abodo etc., keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children and/or infant. She looks after her own and two-nieces welfare. In her local experience, she prepared infant milk, meals for the older one, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, bathed and changed them with fresh clothing and diapers, administered their vitamins, accompanied them outdoors for sunshine and leisure, attended to and assisted in their needs.



Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly and she looks after her 90-year-old grandfather. She prepares his meals, organizes his day, accompany him for medical check-ups and strolls, assists in his walking, administers his medication, provides massages, attend to and assist in his needs.



Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets. In her local experience, she grooms a chihuahua, fed and walk the dog, keep clean the pet areas.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.



Recommendation

In summary, Lera Joy is mature and ready to take on new challenge.
