Dyani 27, married with a 2-, 6- and 8-year-old. She wants to work in Singapore to support her family and she is from Kendal, Indonesia.



Experience

3 months (Nov 2018 - Feb 2019) as a helper in Hongkong.

She worked for a family of 5. Daily she clean and tidy the house, prepare and assist Ahma in the kitchen, wash and clean the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and looked after a small dog, fed, abthe the dog, clean up the pet area.

2 years (2021 - 2023) as a helper in Semarang, Indonesia.

She worked in a 4-bedroom 2-storey house with 4-toilet for a family of 4 including a 9-year-old child. Her main duty was to look after the child's welfare, send and fetch the child to-and-fro from school. She does general housework, cooking, marketing and car washing.



Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.



Childcare

She is willing to look after children and infant.



Elderly care

She is willing to look after elderly.



Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour.

Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.

2 years contract

She is aware that she will enter a 2 years contract.



Recommendation

In summary, Dyani is mature and ready to take on new challenge. She cooks, does laundry and ironing work. She is willing to look after infant/children and elderly patients.

Being a first timer in Singapore, it may not be easy for her to understand employer's needs, however, we believe with enough time, proper guidance and training, she will be a good help in your family. We trust you can consider her and give her opportunity to work with you.
