She did not complete the contract because the employer's mother doesn't like her.

1 year (Sep 2018 – Sep 2019) as a helper in Hong Kong

Alyssa Marie worked in a 3-bedroom flat with a toilet, living room and kitchen for a Chinese family of 3 with a 7-year-old, and she looked after the child welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, assist with marketing, prepare and cook the family meals, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do laundry, ironing and folding. She did not complete the contract due to insufficient rest, as employers' relatives visit them often. During this period between Sep 2019 to Dec 2019, she applied for job opportunity in Europe.

3 years 4 months (Dec 2019 – Apr 2023) as an au pair/nanny in Denmark

Alyssa Marie worked in a 3-storey house with a garden, terrace, 4-bedroom, 4-toilet, a living room and kitchen for a Danish family of 4 with a 2- and 4-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, assist in marketing, prepare and cook the family meals, do laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she learned to adapt to employers' cultures and managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and save up.

Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes and keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In her ex-abroad experience, she prepared and cooked basic Arabic and Chinese dishes, such as marag, stir-fried veggies, steamed egg with meat, tofu with mushroom etc.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children. In her ex-abroad experiences, she prepared the children's milk and meals, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, bathed and changed them with fresh clothing and diapers, administered their vitamins and medication, send them to-and-fro from school, watched over their playing and safety, supervised, tutored and assisted in their schoolwork, keep company and soothed them to sleep, attended to and assisted in their needs.



Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets and as a pet lover. At home, she grooms, fed the Aspin and keep clean the pet area.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
