Background      

Neliana 30 divorced with a 9- and 12-year-old, and the 2nd child in the family of 3 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family, she is from Sumbawa, Indonesia.      



Experience   

3 months (Dec 2019 - Mar 2020) as a helper in Singapore.

Neliana worked in a 3-bedroom flat with 2-toilets for a family of 3 including an 80-year-old female bedridden stroke patient, and she looked after her welfare. Daily she clean and tidy the house, prepare and cook the family meals, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. Ahma passed on and she was transferred to another employer.

1 year 9 months (Mar 2020 - Dec 2021) as a helper in Singapore.

Neliana worked in a 3-bedroom flat with 2-toilets for a family of 4 including a 2-year-old child and a 6-month-old infant, and she looked after their welfare. She does general housework and cooking.

2 years (2022 - 2024) as a helper in Saudi Arabia.

She worked in a 2-storey house with 10-bedrooms and 7-toilets for a family of 7 including a 70-year-old female mild stroke patient, and she looked after her welfare. She does general housework and cooking.



Cooking  

She cooks Indonesian and some Chinese dishes, keen to learn to cook more Chinese and various other dishes as well.  
     

Childcare  

She is keen to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In her local experience, she prepared their milk and meals, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, bathed and changed them with fresh clothing and diapers, watched over their playing and safety, kept company and soothed them to sleep, attended to and assisted in their needs. 



Elderly care

She is keen to look after the elderly. In her previous experience, she prepared their meals and fed them, bathed and changed with fresh clothing and diapers, administered their medications, accompanied for medical check-ups and relaxation, attended to and assisted in their daily needs.



Handphone  

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.    



Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly. Any other off-day arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.   



2 years contract  

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
