Romy Jolyn worked in a 3-storey house with 5-bedrooms, 4-guest rooms, 10-toilets, a living room, garage and kitchen for an Omani family of 5 with a 6-, 8- and 10-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the children, laundry, ironing and folding.

6 months (Sep 2015 – Mar 2016) as a helper in Oman

Romy Jolyn worked in a 3-storey house with 8-bedrooms, 2-guest rooms, 5-toilets, a living room and kitchen for an Omani family of 9 with an 8- and mid-80’s female, and she looked after their welfare, together with a cook and driver. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, laundry, ironing and folding.

(Apr 2016 – Jun 2019)

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Dubai.

2 years 10 months (Jul 2019 – May 2022) as a helper in Dubai

Romy Jolyn worked in a landed property with 3-bedrooms, 3-toilets, a living room, garage and kitchen for an Arabian family of 7. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

(Jun 2022 – Jan 2023)

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Singapore.

1 year 3 months (Feb 2023 – May 2024) as a helper in Singapore

Romy Jolyn worked in a 2-storey landed property with 3-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Malaysian family of 3 with an infant, and she looked after his welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, marketing, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to widen her experience to be a better helper.

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and seek new job opportunities.



Cooking                   

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In her previous experience, she prepared and cooked basic Arabic dishes, such as Kabuli, saloona etc.  



Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In her previous experience, she prepared infant’s milk, fed him and meals for older children, bathed the infant and changed with fresh clothing and diapers, watched over their safety, sang lullabies and soothed the infant to sleep, dressed and get them ready for school, attended to and assisted in their needs.



Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly. In Oman, she prepared her meals, administered her medications, assisted to bathe and changed her soiled clothes, attended to and assisted in her needs.



Pet Care

She is keen to look after pet dogs, but not cats.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.
