Experience

4 years (2012 - 2016) as a helper in Malaysia.

Nissa worked in a 3-bedroom house with 3-toilets for a family of 4 including a 3-year-old child, and she looked after the child's welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook the family meals, do the laundry, ironing, wash the family car and motor bike, looked after a small dog.

2 years (2022 - 2024) as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia.

She worked in a 2-bedroom house with 2-toilets for a family of 3. She does general housework, go marketing, cooking and assist her employer in their laundry business shop.



Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants. In her previous experience, she prepared milk and meals, fed the child, sterilized feeding bottles, bathe the child and dressed, play with the child, attended to the child's needs.



Elderly care

She is keen to look after elderly.



Petcare

She is keen to look after pets. In her previous experience, she looked after a small dog, groom and fed, clean up the pet area.



Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour.

Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.

2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
