Tursanah 39 married with a 12-year-old daughter, and the 4th child in the family of 5 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support, save up for her family and she is from Brebes, Indonesia.
    


Academic Qualifications

She graduated from high school, equivalent to Spore’s Sec School.



Experiences

5 years as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Her main duty was to look after the 4-year-old child's welfare. She does housework, do marketing and cooking.

1 year 3 mos (June 2017 - Sep 2018) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a 3-storey, 5-bedroom house with 3-toilets for a family of 4 (all adults). She does general house cleaning, do marketing, cooking and car washing.

2 years (Sep 2018 - Sep 2020) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a 3-bedroom, HDB with 2-toilets for a family of 4 with an 84-year-old female, and she looked after her welfare. She does general housework, do marketing and cooking.

2 months (Jan 2022 - Mar 2022) as a helper in Singapore.

Tursanah worked in a 2-bedroom HDB with 2-toilets, only an 83-year-old female with heart problem in the house and she looked after her welfare. She does general housework, do marketing and cooking.

1 year 11 mos (Mar 2022 - Feb 2024) as a helper in Singapore.

Tursanah worked in a 3-storey landed property with 6-bedrooms and 4-toilets, for a family of 3 (all adults). She does general housework, marketing, cooking and car washing.



Cooking                   

She cooks Indonesian dishes and some Chinese dishes, keen to learn to cook more Chinese and various other dishes.



Childcare

She is keen to look after infant/ children and looks after her own. In her previous experience, she prepared the child meals and fed, washed and cleaned up after the child, kept company and played with the child, attended to the child's daily needs.



Elderly care

She is keen to look after elderly. In her previous experience, she prepared their meals and fed them, bathed and dressed them up, administered their medications, assisted in the wheelchair, accompanied outside for sunlight and relaxation, attended to and assisted with their daily needs and activities.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.
