Aurora worked in a 2-bedroom condo with 2-toilet, a living room and kitchen for a family of 5 with a 6-month-old (niece). Daily she cleans and tidy the house, do marketing, prepare and cook for the family, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding, do the infant laundry and looks after the infant welfare.
2 months (May 2023 – Jul 2023) as a helper in Saudi Arabia
Aurora worked in a 3-storey house with a garage, balcony, terrace, 6-bedroom, 4-toilet, 3-living room and a kitchen for an Arabian family of 6 with a 3-year-old and looked after the child welfare, together with a Filipina co-helper and a driver. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. She did not complete the contract due to insufficient rest and co-helper attitude. In all these, she learned to adjust to employer's culture and a patient helper. For her future employment, she hopes to adapt to new culture and customs.
