Experience
1 year (2017 - 2018) as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Siska worked in a 3-bedroom house with 2-toilets, for a family of 3 including a 3-year-old child and she looked after the child's welfare. She does cleaning, cook simple dishes, do the laundry and ironing.
1 year 4 mos (July 2022 - Nov 2023) as a helper in Malaysia.
Siska worked in a 2-storey house with 5-bedrooms and 6-toilets, for a family of 7. Daily she clean and tidy the house, prepare and cook the family meals, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and wash the family car. She take care of 2 dogs as well.
Cooking
She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children / infants. In her previous experience, she prepared the child meals, bathed, dressed and sent the child to-and-fro from school, attended to and assisted in their needs.
Elderly care
She is keen to look after elderly.
Petcare
She is keen to look after pets. In Malaysia, she looked after 2 dogs, shower them, fed them, and clean the pet area.
Handphone
She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour.
Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.

2 years contract
She is aware of the 2 years contract.
Recommendation
In summary, Siska is experience and ready to take on new challenge.Being a first timer in Singapore, it may not be easy for her to understand employer’s needs, however, we believe with enough time, proper guidance and training, she will be a good help in your family.
